Default my new diet idea......?

well i'm on a low budget especially considering i'm moving back with my mother soon, but this is my new idea for a diet, because i get full so easy i was thinking ...for breakfast apple and yogurt, lunch just some nuts like cashews and then for dinner salad with either tuna, chicken or red meat i'm 95kg (209lbs) and 173cm (5'6") yes yes i am fat ..this is the fattest i've ever been but my current boyfriend does not like healthy food at all lol, anyway for my weight would i be getting enough calories with my new diet idea ...helpful advice would be much appreciated =)
oh and just drinking water and tea without milk =)

ummm.. I am not so sure with your lunch..
How about fruits in the morning, salads for lunch and some more fruits in the evening. In any case, you still need your protein and carbs. I guess the best way to go is to go slowly and steady. And most of all, exercise.
It's better if you consult a nutritionist.. they know what to do.

Goodluck!
