Has anyone ever heard of the "Blood type" diet?
I am a vegan and do not eat any animal products at all. I came accross this book by Dr. D'Adamo about eating based on your blood type. I am a type O so I need animal protein and need to limit my carbohidrates to stay fit and healthy.(based on the blood type diet) Has anyone else read the book, or tried this diet? Do you think this is a healthy lifestyle or just another fad diet? Does blood really have anything to do with the way we metabolize and digest food?
