New Diet!..?
I know I already asked this,but I need more answers! I need a new diet.
I recently went on the 2468 diet[eat 200 calories first day,400 the next and so on] and I lost about 7 pounds the first week.I didnt like that diet because I HATED eating 800 calories on the last day.What is another diet I can go on?
I really want to loose 20 more pounds so I wont look disgusting in a bikini for spring break!I also weigh about 120 and im 5'5.I want to loose the weight because I HATE being fat! I was on the 2468 diet for two weeks!
I usually just go running once a day around my neighborhood a couple of times, but im not seeing results!
So what are some good diets I can go on?
Also what are some REALLY INTENSE workouts I can do?
