Default 2yrs bulimic, trying to get healthy again with diet and exercise, help with

new meal plan??? 10pts!? i was a thin girl growing up. people use to compliment me. that went away when i started binge eating because of stress. i became 20-25pounds heavier than my friends who are still skinny. so then i started purging for weight control, which i've been at for 2yrs. i'm now 16, 138pounds, and 5'2" i should be 110-120pounds. for these last several weeks i've been throwing up 2-4times a day and i'm just tired of it. i want to lose weight but in a healthy way. i managed to not binge or purge today, but was highly tempted to. i really really need help with a meal plan. i exercised 60mins today and was comfortable with it (30mins light cardio, 20mins weight lifting/crunches, 10mins stretching) it got my heart rate up a bit and made me sweat so i guess thats good lol. anyway, meal plan, i really really need help with what to eat and how much.....i dont know whats right or wrong since i have so many anorexic and bulimic tips in my head...
p.s: and no, i dont trust anyone i know personally to tell them whats going on. especially not an adult
