Default what type of diet should i go on ?

what kind of meals should i eat ?
inclue details and such...

i weigh about 138 and i'm 16.
i'm trying to shed maybe 20 lbs.
please help! thanks
well it might sound like a healthy weight but i have a gut and i've had it for a long time now... i want a flat stomach. not a lumpy one, haha

go on a all you can eat diet. lol. your 16 man eat what you want just workout everyday. do some ab workouts situps crunches, pushups etc. and job 30-60 mins every day or every other day.

Hey, it is very easy. You must take up regular exercises and along with that you must get into salad and soups diet. This will help you to clear the toxins from your system and also shed a few kilos. So, just make your life great.

Just be creative! Explore on the net to get recipes that are tasty yet for diet people. Change your menu everyday. If you miss the old ones that you cook, cook it.. Im talking about the previous diet menu not the fatty and oily menu that won't help you burn fat.. instead, helping you to get more FAT

Hi, you should vary your meals, a balance meal, try having some exercise, like mornin walk or go to gym, avoid junk foods at any cost! that will be fne!
