you wont really need machines for these exercises, do crunches, as many as you can do every day situps, and the fun part is you can do them right at home in front of the tv watching your favorite show. do them when you wake up before breakfast, and then maybe during the day if you have time, but for sure before you go to sleep. do them in sets of 10 or so, x10 and you will be looking at a flatter tummy in weeks
Running, power walking or swimming are propably your best option for the cardio work out which will help you loose the weight but then make sure you also tone your musles, try squats, running up the stairs and walking back down 20 times a day.
I agree with ultraman. Crunches is still the best. Where is everybody? How come nobody is posting any more their share of thoughts.
Exercises to flatten your tummy is said to be a myth. An expert mentioned that you cannot target a specific region for weight loss. The best way is to combined cardio and strength training exercises since it will burn all the fats in your body, including your tummy.
I read about that too.. It's one of the fitness myths. I guess stomach exercises are just to tone up the stomach muscles but you can't really burn the fats by doing them.
Crunches can just strengthen your stomach muscles but it won't really make it flat or burn fat.
