Default Does Isagenix Works???

I found a site claiming there is a program, Isagenix, that allows people to lose up to 15 pounds in 9 days. Here's the URL: Isapower.com Does anybody have experience with this? Is it possible? Have you kept the weight off after the 9 days?

Default Ya its working

Hi,

I've lost 15 lbs using Isagenix. It helps you eat fewer calories because it takes good and provides a plethora of nutrition in a small serving. It is pricey, but if you actually skip meals and eat Isagenix instead it isn't really that expensive. View Isagenix Success Stories of different people here IsaSpace.com

Default totally bogus

Of course it works; anytime you severely restrict calories, you will lose weight. Also, the majority of weight you will lose will be water weight. No need to spend $160 to do that, though. As for the claims of "cleansing," that's just a gimmick to sell the product. None of that has ever been proven by medical science. You could eat 500 calories a day of nothing but chemical-ladenTwinkies and you'd still lose weight.

Smile isagenix

I just started Isagenix and just finished my 4th day, the 1st day was horrible to say the least tasted nasty. Could barely get it down. Day 2 I was ready to send it back, my coach said it will get better. So I thought 3rd day I'll do the cleanse. But I felt really good thru it and wasnt tired at all. After that everything has changed it actually tastes good now. I dont know why this is. I have energy, feel very perky and seem to sleep better. I measured and weighed today. Lost 8 lbs and 7 1/2 inches. I couldnt believe it. I am glad I bought a 30 day program now and will try and stay stoked.

We will see what happens.

Thumbs down Isagenix - POOP JUICE

I can't believe people are going for this stuff!!! I certainly would hope there are no physical trainers or serious dietitians trying to pass this stuff of as healthy. Anyone who knows anything about nutrition and weight loss would clearly be able to spot this "FAD" diet a mile away!!!

Default Didn't work for me

I bought the 30 day program. I did it regliously and lost a whopping 5 lbs. I had my 2nd child 6 months ago and just wanted to shed the last 15 lbs. It was a waste of money. If you restrict your calorie intake, you will lose...but I felt like i suffered for a few pounds.

When emailing with the Isagenix person I bought it from...she says " oh you are gaining muscle".. now, I am no trainer..but don't you have to exercise to BUILD MUSCLE??? It doesn't grow on you because you drink a healthy shake.

Anyways..they took my money and now when I email her, I get no response.

The ingrediences sounds great on the bottles..don't get me wrong...it might be good for some people...maybe people with health issues that really need to get healthy. But I would not recommend it to anybody as I think it is not worth the money.

I decided to do Atkins (I did it about 3 years ago with amazing results) and jsut finished 3 weeks today...lost 12 lbs. I don't plan on being on Atkins forever, but I am 3 pounds from my pre-pregancny weight. And Atkins DIDN'T COST ME ANY MONEY!!!

Default Isagenix Does it Work?

Isagenix absolutely works. Isagenix products are unique. I tried fasting, juicing and starving on traditional diets and I never kept the weight of and worse I always felt tiered and depleted. With Isagenix I have more energy than I've had in years and I look and feel better too.
