Any way I've been going to the gym for a few months off and on, but now I'm starting to go 5 days a week. I'm 17, 5'9'', 150lbs. I'm trying to get stronger and have definition. If anyone could help me or suggest any specific exercises that work to achieve my goal, that would be much appreciated. Thanks!
