    Default What are the best excercises for all of these muscles?

    Chest
    Shoulders
    Triceps
    Biceps
    Six-pack abs
    Calves
    Butt
    Back (upper, mid, and lower)
    Forearm
    Thighs (what would be the technical term for thighs?)

    Any way I've been going to the gym for a few months off and on, but now I'm starting to go 5 days a week. I'm 17, 5'9'', 150lbs. I'm trying to get stronger and have definition. If anyone could help me or suggest any specific exercises that work to achieve my goal, that would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    a rowing machine in the gym would work all these muscles simultaneously and u would get results. but for the best results, set exercises for each of these muscle groups would be the best.
