crunches situps they work, it will be a big ab blaster if you do it with weights, recently i have begun an ab work out using an ab lounge and i use weights and it works significantly, and if you got fat there you have to lose it or the abs won't show.

Here is an alternative method. If you unable to do crunches and sit ups, you can use a chair with rollers. Get on your knees, lay over the seat, push the chair, concentrate on stretching your abdomen, when pulling the chair back, concentrate on using your stomach muscles in pulling back and not your arms or legs.
This is good for those who have back pain or chest pain when doing the other exercises. And remember, pain and not soreness is a call to STOP.
PAIN should NOT be a part of exercise. It is OK to be sore.

I've had sharp pain in my back
Hello buddies, I am 36 years old female. I've had sharp pain in my back and in my chest just below my left breast. The pain in my back is a mild stabbing pain, and the pain in my chest is a mild deep crushing-like pain that hurts mainly when I take a deep breath. The back pain is more constant but also worsens when I take a deep breath. Any ideas what it could be?

Hi, I've heard this from several people, and am interested as to whether or not it is true. Say that you are on a diet, and you are losing weight at a healthy rate. Then say that you stop your diet and you begin to gain weight (5-10 pounds). If you resume your diet, will it be harder to lose the weight the second time, or should losing weight be just as easy if you follow the same diet as before? Any comments are there?

hy,
I would strongly recomend you do PILATES excercises. I am doeing it myself, and I can tell you its great. I started it because I had back problem, but are also good for weight loss and you will gain more firm poise. Best way is to get your self some CDs, because for me is much easyer to watch and do, it doesn't become so boring. I am doing winsdor pilates. After you finish you feel much lighter.
