I would save your money and get a book from the library. Either Atkins or Ornish, most online stuff is a complete scam or just stuff you can search and find yourself online if you look hard enough.
I think the best weight loss program available online is acai berry weight loss program. I found the best responce from different peoples for acai berry.

Keeping a healthy body is more than just exercising. It is giving your body the proper nutrients in order for the body to perform at it optimul levels. Working at night isn't going to affect you if you feed your body the proper foods and give it plenty of the right nutrients. Take a look at my site in the title

Best weight-loss program is a healthy diet and an entertaining sport
But some weight-loss programs / products may help to lose weight faster, but you won't lose weight if you just take such a weight-loss product. You will have to do move your body etc. Go walk / bike / Run / play soccer whatever interests you.

Thanks for that. You just don't know how skinny I am. Sad but true.
I also am a bit too skinny.. But don't really care about it. I eat so much but I am not gaining weight anymore. Guess im just sporting too much.
