    Default Excercises to do?

    Does anyone know any at-home excercises i can do to get a tight stomach, fit legs, and tigh butt fast!!! Any advise or websites would be appreciasted, Thank You!

    sit ups are great to build ab muscles and jump roping is a great cardio workout, another great muscle work out can be found in the newest Cosmogirl! magazine....it is great for your muscles

    lunges...squats...leglifts...situps...crunches..ca rdioand BUTT BUSTERS!!!

    The ultimate exercise of all time....squats. You can go to Walmart and get some weights and a exercise ball. Put the ball against the wall and about your lower back. With dumbells in hand, squat down till your thighs are parallel to the floor, then back up. Try doing at least 3 sets of 12-15 reps. Try doing them at least 3 times a week (mon, wed, fri). Your booty will be ultra tight and round, with sexy legs. Peace.
