I have a few questions and maybe someone will be able to help me.
First, of all I am a skinny guy and I would like to find out if is there a way of weight gain but in a healthy way.
Second, often after trainings (like for 2-3 hours a training) I feel great stomach discomfort and bloating. What can I do to get rid of that? Usually I eat like 2-3 hours before trainings but I don't drink a lot of water. I drink just when I am thirsty.
Is it possible that my weight problem is caused by the fact that I don't drink enough?
Though I think eating well and having a good and fatty diet rich in proteins is a good way to gaining weight it also depends on the constitution of the person of being fat or thin.There is a genetic element in it which can not be helped.
