Anyone know some good excercises for my shins and thighs that will makemy shins bigger and stronger? When I work out or just be active one day, I notice my shins look really skinny for a couple of days. Is this when the muscle atrophies? Because in two days it becomes big and thick again. Any excercise would be appreciated, I'm trying to jump higher for basketball rebounding and stuff.
Anyone?! Please!
