Hello,
l am giving the links to grow taller by exercises,stretches. Stretching is a great exercise but I do think that it depends on a person's age. If you reached a mature age when you stop growing, I don't think stretching can help with that anymore.
I know that streching exercise can help to increase height. but it takes time to develope and see the result. and it is good if you combine it with some food supplement or some
growth enhancers.
Growing in a natural way is the best. You can have what they say like stretching exercise because it helps. Another is, you should have a better sleep so that your growth hormone could function effectively but this could be applied only if you are still in the puberty period. After puberty, there is a small chance that you will grow more.
