Okay, well I am 5'3 and 120 pounds, 13 years old and I am not going to say I am fat or anything, but I am not really skinny. I am a dancer and actress so I want to thin out before dance season and before my next job. My upper body is pretty tight, but my lower body could use some work, what are the best excercises to do?
I really have no place to run or jog so more like inside excercises.
