Default Effects weight loss, for, unhealthy diet.

Effects weight loss, for, unhealthy diet.

    * Slow down metabolism, then would begin to regain weight if the calorie level has risen

    * Their blood pressure and pulse rate went down they became anemic they had

    * Difficulty concentrating and physical activity

    * Low desire for sex and in some cases it vanished completely.

    * You do lose weight, of course, if you eat less than your body needs for fuel and maintenance. This is probably why most people assume that it’s just obvious that a low-calorie diet is the answer to a weight problem

    * There is an extremely high chance that they’ll eventually end up weighing more then they did when they started

    * Many of these symptoms occurred only a few days after beginning the low-calorie diet.

I agree. If you do not eat right and maintain an unhealthy lifestyle, you're not doing yourself a favor at all. You maybe skinny for now but when the body craves for calories too much, they will end up eating more and gaining more weight. That is why eating lots of fruits and vegetables, and drinking lots and lots of water is the healthiest and the safest way to stay healthy and fit. You do not need to deprive yourself of food and get hungry just to lose weight. It is about choosing a healthy lifestyle

Yeah I also heard that if you limit yourself to a small amount of calorie intake, that will onlu make you crave for more. Maybe not sooner if not later. I believe that foods gives us hapiness and if you deny yourself of food, you are also depriving yourself of hapiness. I don't like the feeling of hunger because it makes me cranky. Food makes us feel better so why stop yourself? Just choose to eat the right food to stay healthy and fit

It's true that if you lose weight too fast, your metabolism slows down. When that happens, you won't be burning much fat and your body will store them instead. That should explain the weight gain.
