    Default 13 year old p90xing

So i'm a 13 year old who would like to start doing p90x to help with sports.
I'm 5 foot 4inches and 105 pounds. I play midfield in soccer, Small forward in soccer and will probably play wide receiver or corner back in football.
I have some questions about this.

    1. Are there any workouts that I wouldn't want to do based on the sports I'm playing or my age?

    2. Will it benefit me more to do different p90x during the different sports seasons?

    3. Is there anything else I should know before I start?

Hello chip! I will get more information on that and I will post it right here, alright? I am not sure though is p90x is appropriate on your age. I think you're too young for that program. But don't worry though because will research on the best program for your age

I agree. I don't think you should expsose yourself to a strenuous workout such as p90x. At a young age, you have all the energy and strength you need to do well in soccer. A little exercise will work for you.

I think you should wait until your muscles mature and ready for p90x. You might cause your body danger if you workout harder for your age. Just follow a regular exercise for more strength and agility.

That's right! Enjoy soccer without the stress of p90x. Have more time playing and not engage yourself in building too much muscles at a young age.

Playing soccer is already a good form of exercise for you. Regular jogging, running, swimming, and bicycling will help strengthen your legs and feet which are really important in playing soccer. Make sure you observe a balanced diet because you will need that while engaged in sports.

They are all right chip! p90x is not suitable for your age. Power lifting and excessive exercises isn't recommended for teens your age because the body may be stressed too abruptly, causing you injury. Walking, jogging, running, and swimming are indeed great for your age however you cannot over do it as well. Observe a balanced diet and drink plenty of water. You need this because of your active lifestyle.
