You should probably eat more or take vitamins because you limit your calorie intake too much. And you said that you also have issues with drinking water. I think you easily change that and make sure that you are losing weight the healthy way. I'm sure that you said before that you are afraid of losing weight. I was there too but you cannot compromise your health. Just eat healthy foods. I'm sure you already know what to do now

My sister always say the same thing to me all the time that I should not take my health for granted by not eating enough. I'm really glad that I came to this place because I am learning a lot from everyone. Thanks for all the tips

Well I was not as healthy as I was before too. I was eating too much fast foods and I love eating ice cream a lot. I wasn't happy with my weight before but I was not overweight either. I just put on some weight for everyone else to notice. So I decided to change my eating habit and made healthy food choices. Then I started to slowly lose weight and I am now happy with my weight and have not gained weight. It has also made me more healthy and less sickly. I still eat fast foods and junk foods sometimes but I make sure that I only eat half of it and then exercise more

That is a good choice and a healthy move mikaela. I'm sure that you're doing great. I have problems with avoiding dark chocolates because I love them a lot. I avoid unhealthy foods but not chocolates. I'm sure that my body gets a lot of antioxidants from it but I still watch it though because I don't want to overeat them. Dark chocolates also contain fats so I try to minimize my consumption as much as possible. Although I should say that I don't eat them everyday either.

I'm sure you'll be alright. You watch what you eat and make sure that you consume healthy ones. By slowly cutting it down, you'll learn to only eat what you need. Just drink more water and brush your teeth afterwards
