    Default Adult Weight Loss Camps

I came across an article about weight loss camps and I got interested. I didn't know that there were programs like this until today. They have camps for children, teenagers and adults. There are also camps exclusively for women.

The goal is to provide a long term solution to weight loss through self awareness (help determine what emotional/behavioral problems may have caused of their obesity), physical activity (strength training, yoga, swimming, etc.) and nutrition education (reasonable daily caloric restriction).

It's a great program really. Has anyone been to one of these camps before?

Seriously? Sounds cool! Would you know how much it costs to be in one of these camps?

Very interesting post sasa. I didn't know about this either. Where can you find camps like these?

From what I've read, these camps normal costs between $1000 - $5000. There are camps like these located in the US, UK, & Canada but I'm not sure which one of them are for adults or for children.

Between $1000 - $5000? That's way too expensive. The idea is great but I don't think everybody can afford it. Would you know how long they have to stay in the camp?

Yeah, maybe it's like the biggest loser challenge where you have to stay in a far location and start your program there. Or at least that's how I imagined it to be.
