Very education video. Thanks Dr.Eric_Berg. I didn't know that you only burn sugar for the first 25 mins but I prefer low intensity workouts though. I can walk for an hour to burn more fat instead of doing high intensity workout.

Good post Dr.Eric_Berg. It explains the differences and the benefits of low intensity and high intensity workout.

I do high intensity workout since I play sports and the results are very good. It is exhausting most of the time but I feel great after.
