    Default Butt Workout

    Okay, so I lost a lot of weight after years of dieting and exercise. I didn't notice it until yesterday when a friend of mine told me my butt was...shrinking too.. Are there butt workouts or exercises I could do to perhaps shape it up or whatever?

    What about you? Do you do butt exercises?

    You could try exercing with stability ball. If you don't have it yet, you can buy them at a sports store. You can also try Reverse Lunges, Walking Lunges or Squats

    That works too.. I haven't tried these exercises but it's supposed to be one of the best butt workouts:

    Step ups
    Hip Extensions
    One-Legged Deadlifts

    Biking is my exercises.. I play sport during the weekend. Biking can help shape your butt too.

    Squating and step ups for me.. Haven't tried it with stability ball yet. I'm scared to use that thing. I have another exercise in mind but I forgot what it's called.
