Has anyone heard or tried weight loss patches before? One example is Slim Weight Patch. It's supposed to help control hunger cravings and help speed up metabolism and promises weight loss of up to 2-4 pounds per week.
What do you think about this?

Patch? That doesn't work at all.. There's no way.. 2-4 pounds per week? I don't think so.
I don't think so too. How can a patch possibly influence weight loss? Do you know how it works?
FORGET ABOUT PATCHES.
It is a quick fix and even if you do see some changes initially, it will eventually all come back because you cannot sustain this.

I agree with you fitcurious. If it really does work, it's only temporary. The best way to lose weight permanently is a calorie controlled diet and regular exercise
