Is there an alternative workout for individual who can't do the regular exercise? I mean, what if they have back problems, arthritis or any other condition? What's the best exercise for them?

That's a good question kathy.. Thanks.. I also want to know about this.. I have a friend who can't stand running so she just walks.
Swimming should be okay with them since it doesn't put too much stress on their legs. There are other aquatic exercises they could try too.
I think a little stretching every morning will be good for those who have this kind of conditions. A little walking for a few minutes (10-15 minutes) every morning will do.
Arms and legs raising can also be a good exercise. They should also consult with their doctors about it, especially if they have serious injuries in their back or some back problems.![]()

Why not try walking up and down the stairs? It helps you burn more calories and it's a good cardio exercise. Doing house chores is also a good form of exercise. You do not only provide wellness to your body but also keep your house clean![]()
