    Default What excercises are good for losing weight?

    Which ones are good for stomach fat and thighs? Also how do you get your shoulders thinner?
    How do I lose 20-25 pounds quickly?

    I agree with the first two answerers.

    You can't target weight loss an area. Doing cardio, however, will help reduce the amount of fat throughout your ENTIRE body.

    To get your shoulders toned, I would suggest running with a couple of 3-10 lb. dumbells.

    You do NOT want to lose weight too fast, though. Aim for losing 5 pounds, and then aim for another 5 pounds after you have reached that goal. The slower you lose it, the better chance you have of not gaining it all back.

    Spot reducing doesn't work as effectively as you may think.
    Try cardio, but add in exercises such as crunches, lift weights, and lunges.
