    Default Weight Loss Tips

    I read this from Reader's Digest and I'd like to share it here.

    1. Eat until you are 80% full. This is a common practice for people in Okinawa, Japan. That explains why they only have an average BMI of 21.5.

    2. Use healthy oils like Olive oil and canola oil on your vegetables. They make vegetables tastier so you would want to eat more of them.

    3. When you're eating, just eat. Don't multitask. Getting distracted while eating will likely lead to overeating so pay attention to your food.

    4. Walk more. Most people in Asian countries tend to be slim and most of them don't even go to the gym. They just walk a lot.

    5. Eat breakfast. Skipping breakfast won't save calories. It will only trigger overeating. Studies showed that people who eat breakfast are slimmer than does who skip them.

    6. Eat with your friends and family. Compared to eating alone, eating with other people is not only enjoyable and it will also help you eat slowly.

    7. Eat only when you're hungry. Most of us eat for other reason such as boredom, loneliness, stress, etc. If you want to be distracted from all that, find a hobby or learn yoga.

    8. Drink a glass of red wine. It's high in antioxidant and is good for the heart.

    Any tip? Just the basics.. Drink ice cold water before and in between meals and you could lose at least 60 calories for it. Plus, it makes you feel full before you could even finish your plate..

    This means eat only when it's time for you to eat right? Emotional eating is always out of schedule and there is a big chance that you would overeat too.. Believe me.. I know.. That's one of the reasons why I got fat. =D

    Yes.. That's what it meant.. Number 1 is already a habit for me.. Once I feel a slight feeling of fullness, I stop eating and drink water instead..

    Exercise is good for health, it make you fit. exercise increase the chances of weight loss. yoga one of the best way to lose the weight.

    Losing weight is all about being smart, instead of taking the elevator going to your office floor, take the stairs. It will help in burning calories simple things can contribute to weight loss
