1)Drink plenty of water, both before and in between meals. As you burn fat, your body produces waste materials: water helps your body to flush them out of your system.
2) Eat five meals a day: eating small meals ensures that you keep your metabolism ticking over, so that it burns fat.
3) Gym you can use weights to help build muscle and your metabolism rate. The fat will come soon and will be replaced by the muscles.
4) Exercise daily: exercise for 15 minutes in the morning and in the evening will burn fat but build the muscles.
5)A traditional fattening breakfast with bacon, eggs, can be replaced with yogurt, oatmeal, fruit. But, never skip breakfast. Eating a healthy breakfast increases your rest metabolic rate earlier in the day, and reduces snacking before lunch.
