    Default Online Diets

    Hi Y'all
I want to lose a few pounds (or more) after Christmas, I really don't want to be tied to going to classes at specific times and locations. I was looking at some online programs, I know Weight Watchers have one and also Tesco although I did get a bit confused about the Tesco offering?. Just wondering does anyone have any experience with them as I can't see any free previews on those two?

This is a great suggestion wildman. I'll surely try using this site to help me with the foods I eat and keeping the right count of calories everyday.
