    Want to get rid of your arm flabs? Here's the top exercises to help tone your arms:

    Before you begin, make sure you warm up with some cardio, stretching and light weights.

    Bar bell curls (10lb - 15lb weights) - 4 sets of 10-15 reps
    Narrow grip bench press - 4 sets of 8-10 reps
    Alternate dumb bell curls - 4 sets of 8-10 reps
    Tricep kickbacks - 4 sets of 10-15 reps
    Tricep Dips - 3 sets of 10 Reps
    Lateral Raises - 3 sets of 10 Reps
    Tricep Extensions - 3 sets of 10 Reps

    I could use some arm toning myself

    Me too.. Now that I look at my arms, they are a little flabby. Do I have to do all these exercises or just one of them?

    I think we should do at least 4 of these exercises. 10lb - 15lb weight dumbbells? Wow! That's heavy.
