Before you begin, make sure you warm up with some cardio, stretching and light weights.
Bar bell curls (10lb - 15lb weights) - 4 sets of 10-15 reps
Narrow grip bench press - 4 sets of 8-10 reps
Alternate dumb bell curls - 4 sets of 8-10 reps
Tricep kickbacks - 4 sets of 10-15 reps
Tricep Dips - 3 sets of 10 Reps
Lateral Raises - 3 sets of 10 Reps
