Alright so I am 5'6 , 133 pounds. I have recently started doing weight training about 5-6 times a week with about 30-45 minutes cardio every day. I usually run 2.5 miles on the treadmill, and then do about 15 minutes on the bike.

I drink a lot of water (i dont like pop or juice), and N.O - energy powder beverage before each work out.
For the most part I eat either cereal, or an egg white omelette or fruit for break fast.
I try to eat mostly whole grains when I eat breads/pasta ect, but limit those.
I snack on almonds, sunflower seeds,popcorn, fruit and cheese.
Lunch is usually a salad..
And dinner really varies but usually a lot of protien packed meals because I work out in the evenings.

What do you think ? im also on my feet all day at work in a sports store..
Do you think this will tone/make me loose my bit of belly fat/love handles?
