....next put the bottom of your foot on the far side of your opposite knee and turn around only moving the upper body...then.............lay on your back and do a back bend.....stop when it's painful...finally......um..........stretch like you would for a baseball game stretch your back leg out and lean forward with your knee on your chest.....there.....
