I am trying to lose weight, about 50lbs. I want to try to focus on my legs, stomach, and glutes. I read that crunches do very little, so that's not too good. It is cold out! I can't really run much, except around the outside of my house. I don't have time for gyms and don't have any equipment, but a mat.
