You should pick a starting point. First Week start with 100 pushups and 100 sit ups a day. You can space is out by doing 25 of each...5 minute break etc....next week move it up 25.....a great exercise for abs is lying flat on your back and raising your feet about 6 inches off the ground....hold it until it burns in your abs...do this multiple times....other than that a great thing to tone your arms would be buying a dumbell of 20 or 25 lbs and jus doing 12 reps of curls at a time.....all these combined will help you build muslces...but clearly not as much as the gym
