Help with excercises?
Ok so i used to be overweight,now finally after alot of excercise ive lost most of my fat.Im gonna start going to the gym and i need some tips how to tone my body.Most important are excercises for pecs,shoulders,lats and triceps.If anyone can tell me of a workout plan that they know works,or direct me to a site where i can find this information il be grateful.Btw im 15yrs old and this is my first time il be going to the gym.Please i dont want any answers like:"it will stunt my growth",because i know its not true,and anyway ive already grown enough.
