Default What are some streches or excercises to help a sore back. Not really my lower

back but in the middle.? It seems it's right in the middle of my spine, like it needs to be cracked but won't. I have a sit down job and if I sit too long I get really stiff. I try to get up and go for a bit of a walk as often as I can, but is there anything I can do throughout the day to make it hurt less?
