what are some good excercises i can do everyday at home to tone my legs and my arms?
easy exercises that will tone my legs, stomach, and arms. i don't necessarily want to lose weight but i do want to tone my body. to get into better shape. i wouldn't mind losing 5 to 10 pounds though. How long would it take to see results? and what are some good exercises i can do? I just want results by april or june
also is there any sort of diet that would be good to go on? i'm vegetarian so my options will probably be limited. should i cut out junk foods for good?
