Default i'm gettin quite jowly,does anyone one know any face excercises.because i,m?

feeling kinda ugly at the min.i,m 38 does mean i,m gona look 60 soon.no disrepect to d oldies.my mums in her 70,s and she looks good

If you look at photos of anyone when they were in their 20's and compare them with a photo 20 years later everyone seems to become more "jowly" as you say I have myself, although I'm not overweight, its partly the muscles in our bodies are not as tight as they were so not just in our faces but all the unmentionable places aswell all seem to drop a bit. theres not lot we can do about it other than eat healthily and exercise to minimise the effects of getting older.

Please dont mention plastic surgery anyone

The Jowliness is fat. There are no exercises to "spot reduce" parts of your body. Just Eat healthy and exercise consistently. you just happen to be able to tell youve put on weight in your face. So take off the weight.
