I would do a lot of yoda, and alot of streching, posture, try as you might, though the pain will be hard to surpass. Hope this helps you.

If you don't do anything but pray to God, you'll wind up with nothing but still having scoliosis. I'm sure lots of now-dead cancer patients had that same idea. Don't listen to that person.

Yoga was a good suggestion, maybe your parents could afford to put you in a class so you can go several times a week instead of having to do it on your own.

Also, try to work on your ab muscles, because strong abdominal muscles takes pressure off the spinal cord.

Also, be conscious of your posture, make sure you always sit up straight and don't slouch when you're standing or walking. That can go a long way in preventing the scoliosis from getting worse and maybe even correcting it a little.

Good luck.
