What are some good excercises to make my legs more flexible?
For sex. Just kidding, but I'm taking up Shaolin Kung-Fu again and I wanted to make my legs more flexible. As of now I can bend and touch my toes without bending my legs but I want to be able to place my palms on the ground. Does anyone know of some good excercises to do?
