Default what kinda excercises can i do to make my biceps stronger and my chest buffer??

i wanna form the middle of my chest.. but i dont know what excercise is the best for that. can anybody help me?? thanks,

Of the classic natural-resistance excersises, pullups target both the biceps and the chest area. As already mentioned, pushups will also help with the chest, especially if you turn the hands inward.

For the chest:
Push ups, bench presses,
For the biceps:
Dumbbell curls.

If u want such kind of body join a gym take good diet.. be happy and enjoy your workouts.. try not take any supplements if not required.

Try doing push ups or/and bench press to help inprove your chest. Joining a gym would be a good idea, just work on the weight lifting not cardio then you will increase your muscle.
