What excercises should be done at the gym to loose weight - How much...
...cardio is too much? I am doing about 45mins of cardio - Ellipical and arc trainer and treadmill rotate between all three, then i do floor work sit ups stretching push ups and horse plank stretch.
then some weights
My waist has stayed the same for 9weeks and i just seem to have platued with my weight loss.
I have lost 20kgs but my goal is another 15kgs. i have joined a gym and i go 7days a week but getting flustered i haven't lost anymore
Can anybody please help
