Default Leg excercises...?

What excersices can I do AT HOME...
to improve my vertical leap?
I can almost dunk so I want to jump a little higher.
I'm 15 years old, 6'0, 158 lbs.

Please tell me what to do, how many reps, how often etc...

climb a 10 story building every day using the stairs. lol jk, but yea climbing stairs is one of the best exercises to do for your legs, climb up on a elliptical for about an hour or so a day and you should see the increase in your hops you are looking for...oh and also jump rope

Go for walks or even runs each morning for around 3 times a week. Do squats, run up the stairs and walk back down 20 times a day. You will see results quick enough

you shoud try walking or doing some jogging for at least 30-45 minutes 3 times per weeks, or if you can more than 3 times!

well, there are lot of things you can do, if you have an exercise bycycle then thats the best, or get your self a treadmill, that will also help you
