Bench press of course. Vary that with decline, incline, and flat presses. Use two dumbbells or just one at a time.
Mix in some flyes, also with decline, flat, and incline.
Heavier weights are better than lower weights, but make sure you have perfect form, or you risk hurting yourself.
Incline bench press
Bench press(alternate 4 weekly between dumbells and barbell), cable rack, diamond push-ups(place your thumbs and index fingers together to make a diamond shape). You gotta concentrate and isolate while you excercise.
