I'm a fitness coach and I'm trying to build a fitness diet and weight loss blog, but have no blogging or site skills. Has anyone used the service below, or can you tell me where I can get one done for about $75?

I have tried posting projects on sites like elance but I'm getting quotes of five hundred dollars which is too high. I would need a few pages of content, hosting, autoresponder. I would like to run Adsense on it and some other diet affiliate programs I know about.

Please give me some options. If anyone can build a blog for me then PM please.

What is TurboFire?
TurboFire is a total- body cardio-conditioning workout program with the best music and the best trainer, where you get the best spot in class. The upbeat music motivates you to dial up your intensity levels, doing kickboxing drills and aerobic exercises mixed with danca moves in a class setting. Your instructor is the highly sought-after, award-winning Chalene Johnson, creator of other successful programs like Turbo Jam and ChaLEAN Extreme. Anyone looking to achieve peak fitness levels can complete the TurboFire program in either 12 weeks, or 20 weeks with Advanced TurboFire Classes.

How TurboFire Works?
TurboFire combines short spurts of intense cardio with quick recovery periods. The purpose of this is to “fire up” your metabolism. When you perform HIIT, you will experience the AfterBurn Effect, which allows your body to burn fat for 24 to 48 hours after your workout. When using TurboFire, you will work out less than if you were to use a regular cardio program. In fact, it is noted that HIIT can help you burn up to 9 times more fat than regular cardio.

What is the Difference between Regular Cardio and TurboFire HIIT?
A regular cardiovascular workout session will work your body at an unvarying intensity. During the workout, your body will enter a constant state. In this state, your body will adapt to the speed at which you are going and conserve energy.
With TurboFire HIIT, your body will not enter into this constant state. When your body is kept out of this constant state, then your body is able to burn more total calories in less time. HIIT training with TurboFire can raise your heart rate faster, as well as your metabolism for a longer period of time after your workout.

Is TurboFire effective for Fat Loss?
Because TurboFire uses HIIT cardio, it is effective at fat loss. This is because when you do HIIT, then you are working your body at its maximum effort. When you exercise as intense as you can, then your body will produce more catecholamine. This is a chemical your body produces that triggers your body to start burning fat. The higher the intensity is, the more of these chemicals your body produces. The more they produce, the longer the fat-burning process will continue.

Who can use TurboFire?

Everyone can use TurboFire, beginners and advanced alike. TurboFire is designed for people of all ages and of all intensity levels. You can modify TurboFire to your intensity level, especially since you will be doing the workout at home. The key is to make sure you are performing at YOUR personal best and following the rest periods TurboFire has outlined for you.

Have you seen the movie "SALT"? Did you wonder how Angelina Jolie prepared for her role?

According to the article in PeopleStyleWatch.com, her trainer Simon Crane had put her on a 70% carbs, 30% protein, five small meals a day diet. She also avoided cardio exercises to help her build muscles without losing any weight. She did not eat any junk food, and was only allowed to drink alcohol on weekends. She also had a two-hour training sessions, five days a week.

Once her shooting began, changed her diet to 60% carbs, 40% protein.

I read the article Gym benefits undone by too much sitting - Health - Fitness - msnbc.com and wanted to share it here. Here are some quotes from the article:

Quote:

Hitting the gym every day might do little to decrease your risk of death if you spend the rest of your time sitting down, a new study suggests.

Quote:

Women who reported more than six hours per day of sitting (outside of work) were 37 percent more likely to die during the time period studied than those who sat fewer than three hours a day. Men who sat more than six hours a day (also outside of work) were 18 percent more likely to die than those who sat fewer than three hours per day. The association remained virtually unchanged after adjusting for physical activity level. Associations were stronger for cardiovascular disease mortality than for cancer mortality.

When combined with a lack of physical activity, the association was even stronger. Women and men who both sat more and were less physically active were 94 percent and 48 percent more likely to die during the study period, respectively, compared with those who reported sitting the least and being most active.

Some people might think that it's okay to sit around all day if they still manage to have a steady workout regimen. This new study proves them wrong.

It seems that many people today are overweight. No one wants to carry around extra pounds, but few people know how to slum down effectively. They look for miracle pills and magic cures. In the end, they fail and the pounds come back. But the most effective way of losing weight is actually very simple. It is a combination of a good diet and proper exercise. What makes it work is determination. It requires discipline and commitment to succeed. Here is an example that proves the truth of these words.
My aunt had been trying to lose weight for years. She went on one diet after another, but none of them worked. She lost a lot of weight quickly only to have it come back. Finally, she followed her doctors advice and began to eat a simple, well-balanced diet. She ate lots of fruits and vegetables and avoided high-fat foods. In addition, she joined an exercise class. She worked out three times a week. At first, my aunt wasnt happy because the weight came off so slowly. But her classmates encouraged her to stick to it and eventually she reached her goal. Best of all, she was able to stay at her ideal weight. That was because she had developed healthy new habits.
