Thread: which diet is best???

For sure any dieter will be very happy to take any pill that can kill all the cravings away without any side effects as it will help with the weight loss. I have to say though that there is no short cut to weight loss but working constantly to keep the pounds off.

I think the best diet is water dieting is most commonly recommended by the good doctors and professionals... In this we can use fresh juices and milk as well..

I would refer you to use HCG diet as it is more effective if you would do cardio along with it...
