    Default which diet is best???

Every health conscious person knows that for a flat belly we have to follow a strict diet. That's where sites like secretfatburner come into play. With a proper balanced diet delivered at your door step you can not only lose fat and weight, but also save time which is wasted in preparing a meal. Mouth watering meals like Zesty Cajun Style Chicken will never leave your tastebuds upset. With meals costing only $10/day its a great bang for bucks.

Doing something like that entails a lot of discipline... Which I hope I will do, well let me share you this.... though none of it is guaranteed to make you lose weight.

    1. Use smaller plates, eat smaller portions.
    2. Do not bring junk food into your home.
    3. Eat more veggies.
    4. Eat less meat and eat leaner cuts.
    5. Eat more fish.
    6. Eat more slowly; chew your food more and suck all the flavor out of it before you swallow it.
    7. Eat with others; good conversation improves digestion and makes you eat less.
    8. Don’t eat with the TV on.
    9. Make time for more exercise by cutting out some sedentary activities like watching television.
    10. Walk more.
    11. Work to make changes in your community, like more parks and recreation areas.

    Default Timing is everything

Eating the right food at the right interval can help you lose weight more than spending hours on a treadmill.

I agree with Jansenn. Portions are important. Also avoid fatty foods especially the deep fried ones. Switch to boiled or baked foods instead.

    Hi guys,..
The most successful diet, for me, was the Atkin's Diet. In thirteen months, I lost about 75 pounds, wearing the same size clothes I did in high school. The best thing about Atkin's was that, after only a few days, all the cravings I had lived with so long completely disappeared! That was a huge deal for me. I fell off the wagon while on a week-long cruise, gaining an incredible 10 pounds in less than a week, and it was downhill from there... Later, I had to have a liver biopsy, and I think the "spot" may have been from all that fat.
    regards

I'm always curious how Atkin work because I hear good and not so good things about it. I think that it does work for people who are comfortable with it because otherwise you won't succeed in your weight loss goal. Congratulations on your achievement morison. I'm sure your hard work paid off!

For me weight loss is personal. Listening to your body is very important and if you feel something isn't right, stop pushing yourself too much. Although if you could make all your cravings go away with the help of a program, that will make a big difference in your weight loss.
