I have also heard that a small portion of dark chocolate everyday is good for lowering your blood pressure. The key here is knowing when to stop! You have to make sure that small portion doesn't turn into eating the whole bar!

That might be true... but a lot of those studies were done by the companies that produce chocolate so I would take it with a gain of salt..

no, say it isn't so... i've been on the chocolate diet for years and it has worked wonders!
I weigh... oh wait never mind..
Some of the myths are funny, especially about mountain dew. I have nothing against processed foods since I eat some of them occassionally but it's always best to eat foods that are fresh. It's healthier and there are no added chemicals and preservatives.
I don't believe these myths either especially about the eggs. Eggs are good source of protein and it's not bad for you as long as you eat them in moderation. Eating too much of them is bad (just like everything else) since eggs are high in cholesterol (1 large egg = at least 200mg of cholesterol). But you can always skip the yolks since egg whites contain no cholesterol.
Wine is also good for the heart especially red wine. It applies to all foods really. If you don't move or exercise, you won't be burning the calories you eat and stored, thus, you gain weight. Also, the reason why celery is considered one of the negative calorie foods because they are high in fiber and studies have shown that eating celery might cause a very slight calorie deficit. replacing celery over junk foods or cookies will help you lose weight. Eating negative calorie foods will help but it won't make much of a difference if you don't change your lifestyle and start exercising.
