    Kathleen is right Kriste, you can achieve your goal if you are committed and serious in losing weight. If you start by changing your eating habits to a healthy diet, you'll be halfway there. Of course you need to exercise regularly to help you burn all those unwanted fats. If you take it one day at a time, you are less likely to quit.

    I should remember that Mikaela . I should take it one day at a time and not worry if I am losing weight or not. Sometimes it's difficult to continue on with the weight loss if you hardly see any improvement after losing all the water weight.

    Motivation
    It is the first thing a person must build before doing something or deciding to do anything.
    Because If you don't have motivation, you will be always thinking of negative things. And that makes you to give up.
    Patience too must be observed. When you already motivated yourself, always put in mind that
    you will reach your goal. Believe in yourself and believed in what you are doing, Knowing that
    it is the right thing to do. Sooner or later you will see the result.
    Don't rush yourself to see the result. Just follow what you must do.

    Very well said Laura! You are right when you say that rushing yourself to see results is not good because it will only make you feel more tired and want to stop what you are doing. I too get lazy sometimes but I always remember that being fat or over weight is not good for me because I have a heart condition. It's not a serious condition though but if I gain weight, my body doesn't work well so that is my motivation and I stay patient as much as possible to I don't quit my personal weight loss program.

    LOL I am very much guilty of this and I will surely have more patience and motivate myself more to continue with the battle. I don't want to have medical conditions that maybe acquired from being overweight so I want to be healthy. I didn't want to gain weight because before I was also in good shape but working graveyard destroyed my eating and sleeping habits. Now I work online and I love it so I have no excuse not to exercise because I now have more time. Thank Laura for the encouraging words as well!

    Well the ideas given by you are all very good. In my experience I am using some drops, I get them from prohcgdiet.com and they are really very effective. The diet plan and the time table they told me wow it is very effective for me and I lost 14 pounds in one month. Along with my exercise I am tasking these drops and they result too well.

    Personally I think diet alone will do for a flat stomach. Excercises will just make your stomach bulge out more.diet reviews

    Along with this kind of diet you can do something that you love to do since it is the best weight loss exercise. It is also something that you could perform daily for about 30-60 minutes and a workout that could make you dispense a miniature sweat.

    I was just wondering why you think that exercises will just make your stomach bulge out more? Exercise helps burn more calories and help keep the overall health at it's best. Diet alone is not enough to keep our body fit.
