You are correct on that. You already are good at counting your calories. Just add a little more and of good carbohydrates, protein, and fiber and you'll be alright. Of course stay active by exercising all the time![]()
Thanks everyone for your wonderful tips. You remind me of my sister lol! That's what she tells me all the time. I do need to take more calcium like what viktoria said because I wouldn't want to have any calcium deficiency disease. I'll also exercise more to stay more active and not only depend losing weight on taking in less calories.
