    Default The 4-Day Jumpstart

I got you the sassy water recipe so I just went ahead and searched for the 4-day jump start before finally starting with the flat belly diet. I hope this helps you all

The Four-Day Jumpstart isn’t just about beating bloat; it’s also a crucial step to boosting your emotional commitment to the entire program. The jumpstart is specifically designed to produce visible weight loss results (up to 7 pounds!) within four days of starting the plan. So not only will you feel slimmer, you’ll also stay motivated to stick with the diet and keep losing weight.

The Four-Day Anti-Bloat Jumpstart abolishes the foods, beverages, and behaviors that cause your belly to pooch out.

Drink 1 full recipe of Sassy Water each day.
The ingredients in Sassy Water aren’t just for flavor: the ginger helps calm and soothe your GI tract. Even more important, the simple act of making this Sassy Water every day will serve as a reminder during the Jumpstart that life is a little bit different and things are going to change.

Take a quick 5-minute after meal walk.
Moving your body helps release air that has been trapped in your GI tract, relieving pressure and bloating.

    Eat slowly.
When you eat fast, you take in large gulps of air, which get trapped in your digestive system and cause bloating.

    Eat four meals a day.
The Four-Day Jumpstart includes fewer calories—about 1,200 daily—than you’ll be eating on the rest of the Flat Belly Diet, which allows about 1,600 per day. Eating less for these four days reduces the amount of food in your GI tract at any one time, cuts back on the release of stomach acids, and gets your body used to a four-meal-a-day schedule.

These are not that hard to follow actually. 1600 calories a day is actually alright and I don't think that it's diet at all . I usually refer to diet as depriving yourself of food and starving yourself .

To some people who consume a lot of food, 1600 calories is very few. I don't really count my calorie intake but I just make sure that I eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and drink plenty of water. I just actually finished eating 2 slices of pizza and I don't feel bad at all. I don't think it will hurt my body if indulge on my favorite food once in a while

I couldn't agree with you more on that viktoria. Anyway pizza is not all bad. It's also rich in protein, vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants from tomatoes, and lactose. Sometimes we also need to pamper ourselves and eat that food that we love the most. I can hardly cut down on my chocolates . I just make sure that I eat healthy, drink plenty of water, and exercise more and I'm alright.

I'm also a big fan of chocolates and pizza. I love seafood pizza with lots and lots of mozzarella cheese and hot sauce. I also give in to cravings occassionally, and I think it's just fine. This helps me avoid craving on the foods that I love so much.

Oh my... 1 full recipe of sassy water is really hard . I can hardly drink 8 glasses of water everyday. If I can't get through it, I guess I'll just stick to my own personal diet plan which hasn't failed me for a couple of years...

Lol! I think that the problem . You may be able to cut down on your calorie intake but you cannot finish the sassy water. You seem to be a strong willed king of person and I think you can handle that.
