    Good advice, Thanks to you, these small tips can be so useful that we cant imagine, but we always read these tips and doesn't take a step to implement these in our routine, now we have to look on all this tips and change our life style, if we want to have a six pack abs.

    You discuss the good point because the belly fat is the most common problem of the fatty people that they want to overcome.. These points are too good burn belly fat..

    Yeah drinking more water is also quite effective to lose body fats..
    Experts suggest that a normal person should drink at least 12 glasses of water each day.

    Interesting thread about belly fat. I personally have lost most of mine without trying to target it, as i believe that this is not possible. The body as stated by dccdiet will only burn fat proportionally. It is an unfortunate fact that the first fat you but on is usually the last to come off. Cardiovascular exercise, walking, running, swimming, cycling, is the best form of exercise to get your heart pumping and muscles working. Along with a sensible diet you will lose that belly fat, although may not be what you see come off first. Exercise alone will not always remove fat, and weight training is a waste of time, as your muscles will develop under your fat and make you look even bigger.

    Wow, I never realized that not getting enough sleep would hinder weight loss...could be yet another reason I have such a hard time (although not the only reason). I ALWAYS stay up late because it seems to be the only time I have just to myself...it is like a reward of quiet time to watch my television shows or to go online without interruption...I guess I should treat myself to some sleep huh?

    Yes, jenny03, I think you should. I need more sleep myself but since I work 14 hours a day, I can only have a good rest on weekends

    I seriously have the same reason for not having enough time for sleeping because after a day at work I reward myself with spending some time watching movies or tv shows. I sleep late and oftentimes get up late so I skip a meal and adjust my meal time. I have schedule my meal from now on and try not to be so tired. Normally I sleep late in the morning when I am very tired already and I know it's not good for the health. It's a little difficult to adjust and spend less time watching tv but I will try my hardest if it means I'll stay healthier
